What the game is about
Robert is trying to restore his family's revoked ration tickets in a dystopian Afro-Eurasian capital controlled by the Ministry. Movement is the central system: the official description names running, jumping, climbing, and sliding, with momentum and shortcuts used to improve target times.
The multiplayer and ghosts reference explains what is synchronous, what is asynchronous, and where Workshop and leaderboard features fit. It does not present an invented optimal route.
Choose the page that matches the problem
- Speedrun movement and bronze-time basics — buffered jump timing, the crosshair success flash, speedometer feedback, ghosts, and a repeatable practice loop.
- Demo versus full game — four-map demo scope, multiplayer, progression gates, price snapshot, and the absence of a documented save-transfer promise.
- Workshop maps and level editor — official Unreal Engine and VHMap requirements, testing, publishing, leaderboard behavior, and current upload limits.
- Multiplayer, ghosts, leaderboards, and Workshop — the boundary between live sessions and asynchronous route records.
- Player review analysis — the dated Steam result and repeated movement, atmosphere, length, layout, motion-comfort, and Workshop themes.
These pages use developer answers and the released toolkit. They do not copy an unverified world-record route, NPC list, or B-side walkthrough from a competing wiki.
Who it suits
VHOLUME is aimed at players who enjoy first-person movement, repeated route improvement, target times, and community-made levels. Players looking for a combat-heavy action game or a verified step-by-step route should not infer those features from the parkour description.
The current requirements list 64-bit Windows 10, 4 GB minimum RAM, a GTX 960 or Radeon R7 370 minimum GPU, and 10 GB storage. The official Steam page is the source of truth for later requirement changes.
