What to know before you play
Nioh 3 is a released action RPG built around switching between Samurai and Ninja styles, and its first major DLC, Hell Rising, is available now. The Season Pass also includes Bloody Insurrection, scheduled by the end of February 2027.
Choose the answer you need
- Nioh 3 PC system requirements — 16 GB RAM, 125 GB, SSD requirement, and the official minimum performance target.
- Demo save-transfer rules — same-device and account conditions, plus the PS5 demo restriction after retail launch.
- Multiplayer and co-op player count — the verified three-player total and the current cross-play evidence limit.
- Hell Rising release date, content, price, and access — what DLC 1 adds and when it becomes playable.
- Season Pass roadmap, DLC dates, and duplicate-purchase warning — Hell Rising, Bloody Insurrection, and the bonus charm.
The game launched February 6, 2026, on PlayStation 5 and Steam; the US Steam store displays February 5 because of its regional timestamp. Team Ninja lists solo play and online play for up to three total players.
The open fields span different historical eras and contain enemy bases, side activities, yokai, and areas influenced by the Crucible. Exact builds, boss routes, and patch-sensitive damage claims remain out of this overview until they are supported by release-build evidence.
