Tides of Annihilation is a single-player action-adventure set across a shattered modern London and an Arthurian Otherworld. Gwendolyn fights beside spectral Knights of the Round Table, searches for the Holy Grail, and tries to save her sister and restore the broken world. It is announced for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Steam, and Epic Games Store, but it does not yet have a release date.

What makes the combat different
Gwendolyn can manifest two spectral knights at her side, while the wider system supports two knight sets and four equipped knights. Each knight has a combat role, and the disclosed system allows swapping even during a combo. Xbox Wire gives two concrete examples: time-stop support and a defensive shield. Sir Lamorak's boss sequence goes further by letting the player control Gwendolyn and Lamorak across two connected spaces.
This is called a cooperative battle system because Gwendolyn and the summoned knights combine attacks. It is not online or local co-op. Steam, PlayStation, and Xbox all describe one player.
