What the inspection loop includes

Early checks cover names, positions, clearance levels, time and whether the number of people entering and leaving matches the protocol. More accurate identity tests become available as the game progresses; the official description specifically names blood testing.

A suspicious employee can be quarantined, but a mistake can also lock up an innocent person. Some consequences appear immediately and others surface several shifts later. The store describes infection, escaped threats and wider containment operations, which is why an apparently correct document is not always the end of an inspection.

Current guides and answers

How endings connect to the inspection loop

The Isolation Ward is not detached side content. A developer explanation confirms that successful experiments unlock City Operations, green solution progress must exceed the red problem bar, and the solution with the highest percentage affects the story and ending. After Day 30, the Shift Map lets you revisit an earlier crisis and build a different dominant solution.

The Security 51 endings guide now separates the good-outcome route, collapse route and World Saved: 1 requirement. It uses official achievements and current route evidence rather than inferring endings from Steam tags. Older demo rules and pre-release dates are not presented as current facts unless the release build confirms them.
