What you do in Suncraft
Villager objectives lead through gathering, crafting, workstation construction and restoration of the Sunspire. New biomes provide materials, while machines, gear, skills and companions expand what the player can reach and produce.
The developer says resource gathering becomes automatable during the middle of the game. Crafting still requires moving materials between stations, so automation does not replace the entire production loop.
