FIRST CHECK

Zero Company needs 16 GB RAM and a GTX 1080-class GPU at minimum; the 1440p recommended tier calls for 32 GB and RTX 3080-class graphics.

Star Wars Zero Company's minimum PC tier targets 1080p at 30 fps on low settings. The recommended tier targets 1440p at 60 fps on high settings. EA says the recommended target is best reached with the default TSR option or a vendor upscaler such as DLSS or FSR. These are publisher targets, not independent native-resolution benchmarks.

The 32 GB recommended memory figure is materially higher than the minimum. Check the actual installed RAM and graphics chip rather than relying on a laptop family name. The GTX 1080 minimum also means an ordinary integrated GPU is not represented in the supported target table.

Leave extra storage for updates and shader caches. This page does not claim Steam Deck performance or publish “optimized settings” without a repeatable test on the current build. EA says the game is not Steam Deck Verified at launch; use the dedicated PC compatibility answer for that boundary.

Why lowering one graphics option may not fix the frame rate

EA says its development testing found Zero Company to be more CPU-bound than many other games. The publisher therefore did not publish an Ultra-specification tier and warns that changing an individual graphics setting may have less effect than a player expects from a GPU-bound game.

For the recommended 1440p/60 target, EA points to the game's default TSR setting or DLSS/FSR. If performance is poor on a machine that otherwise matches the table, first install a current graphics driver, confirm the selected upscaler, and check whether the processor matches the recommended class. That sequence follows the official launch guidance; it is not a promise that every matching PC will hold 60 fps in every scene.

EA Help adds two practical boundaries. An online connection is not part of the PC requirements because the game is single-player, although downloading, updating, and platform services can still need one. EA also tells Intel Arc users to enable Resizable BAR to improve FPS performance; check the motherboard or system manufacturer's instructions because that setting may be disabled by default.
