Star Wars Zero Company Preorder Bonus Not Showing Fix

FIRST CHECK

The Crystalline Astromech pack is not usable at the opening screen; EA says it unlocks after a specific Cycle 5 operation.

If the Star Wars Zero Company preorder bonus is not showing, first complete the Smugglers’ Manifest Operation in Cycle 5. EA says the Crystalline Astromech Cosmetic Pack becomes available at launch but cannot be used until that story gate is cleared.

Correct unlock sequence

1. Launch the game with the EA Account used for the eligible purchase.
2. Continue through Operations and Missions until Cycle 5.
3. Complete the Smugglers’ Manifest Operation.
4. Recheck the available astromech customization after the operation completes.

The pack unlocks the R3 droid and translucent crystalline heads for the R4, R5, and BR-1 variants. It is cosmetic content, not an early squad member or separate story mission.

If it is still missing after Cycle 5

Confirm that the signed-in EA Account is the same one attached to the purchase. Then verify that the store receipt or owned package shows an eligible preorder made before August 27, 2026. Standard and Deluxe preorders both qualify; buying Deluxe is not required for this particular pack.

Restart the game after the platform finishes synchronizing the entitlement and install any current update. Do not delete saves or buy the pack again based only on its absence before Cycle 5. If the story gate and ownership checks are both satisfied, use EA Help with the purchase record rather than editing local files.

Separate the preorder pack from Deluxe content

The Crystalline Astromech pack is the preorder reward. Deluxe separately adds Grand Army and Shadow Collective cosmetics plus five painted weapon themes. A missing Deluxe item and a locked Cycle 5 preorder item are therefore different support cases.
