Jason Duval

The official material presents Jason as someone looking for an easier life while repeatedly getting pulled into harder situations. His relationship with Lucia is central, but Rockstar has not confirmed every decision the player can make for him or how their story ends.

Lucia Caminos

Lucia learned to fight from her father and spent time in Leonida Penitentiary after fighting for her family. Rockstar says she has recently left prison and intends to make more deliberate choices. Her ambition is tied to the better life her mother wanted after their time in Liberty City.

Lucia's official profile makes her a lead, not a background character. It does not, by itself, prove every rumor about prison missions, character switching, romance choices, or a particular ending.

Cal Hampton

Cal is Jason's friend and another associate of Brian Heder. Rockstar portrays him as happiest at home, following Coast Guard communications and internet theories while Jason looks for something bigger.

Boobie Ike

Boobie is a Vice City businessman whose interests span real estate, a club, and a recording studio. His partnership with Dre'Quan Priest and Only Raw Records connects him to the city's music scene.

Dre'Quan Priest

Dre'Quan wants to build a career in music and works with Boobie. Rockstar says he has signed Real Dimez and is trying to move beyond booking acts at the club.

Real Dimez

Real Dimez is the rap duo Bae-Luxe and Roxy. Their official profile connects their music, online presence, earlier street activity, and new deal with Only Raw Records.

Raul Bautista

Raul is an experienced bank robber who recruits people willing to take large risks. Rockstar's description suggests his approach raises the stakes for his crew, but it does not disclose his full role in Jason and Lucia's story.

Brian Heder

Brian is a veteran smuggler operating from a boat yard in the Keys. He lets Jason stay at one of his properties while Jason helps with local work. That is the confirmed relationship; claims about later alliances or betrayals remain speculation.
