If the package does not appear
Ubisoft says to check the Special Deliveries tab in the inventory when no offer notification appears. Before escalating, verify that the purchase and game use the same platform account, let the storefront finish entitlement synchronization, and restart the game client. Do not buy the package again merely because an in-game notice is delayed.
