MLB The Show 26 Franchise adds a Trade Hub, CPU feedback and counteroffers, and trades with up to four teams on each side. Choose Full Control for broader management or Streamlined for a reduced workload; the setting can be changed later.

Choose the management style

Full Control fits players who want the wider front-office and roster-management workload. Streamlined fits players who want to keep the season moving with fewer management stops. Because the manual says the choice can change later, this is not a permanent save-file fork.

Use the trade tools in this order

1. Define the roster need instead of browsing every player without a constraint.
2. Use Trade Hub to locate plausible targets and packages.
3. Read CPU feedback rather than treating the first rejection as a dead end.
4. Evaluate counteroffers against payroll, depth, and the original need.
5. Add teams only when the extra structure solves a value or roster-fit problem.

The support for up to four teams per side creates a broad ceiling, not a requirement to make every transaction complex. A direct two-team deal is still easier to evaluate when it solves the need.

Scheduled bullpen games add another planning variable to the season. They affect rotation and relief usage, so a manager should check the calendar and staff workload before simulating through the date.
