The $69.99 Standard Edition is the complete game. The $119.99 Dagdan Collection includes that game plus a steel case, art book, character cards, and a map of Dagda. The $50 difference buys the physical collection, not a separate story route.
Nintendo's product page is the controlling source for the US package. Retailer photos can arrange the contents differently, but should not be used to infer an extra soundtrack, season pass, expansion, or early-access period that Nintendo does not list.
